"Coming in March we have an exciting opportunity to partner with our parents and community to address anxiety and depression in our students/athletes. On March 19th, Heidi Swapp and David Kozlowski of "Light the Fight" podcast will be presenting their "Don't Freak Out" event here at Sunset in the auditorium. The purpose of the event is to "learn strategies to partner with your children, help them combat anxiety and depression, and build high-quality relationships for life." It’s an interactive evening. The first hour is then giving strategies and the second hour is Q&A (don’t worry, people can text in their questions)."
