XC Week 2 Plans

1) ALL athletes should check-in by 3:00 pm ALL days except Wednesday. All of our athletes will be on a 5-day schedule.

  • Monday: Lower volume runners can expect to finish between 4:15 and 4:30, higher volume runners around 5:00

  • Tuesday: All runners can expect to finish between 4:30 and 4:45

  • Wednesday: See note below

  • Thursday: Lower volume runners can expect to finish around 4:15, higher volume runners around 5:00.

  • Friday: All runners can expect to finish around 5:00

2) Our first competition is against Beaverton on Wednesday.

  • All girls will check-in at 3:00 pm and race at 4:00 pm.

  • All boys will check-in at 3:30 pm and race at 4:30 pm.

  • As soon as athletes have completed their post-race plan, we will ask them to check-out and head for home. More detail will be provided to athletes in their workout plans in Canvas.

  • Race results will be posted to soon after the conclusion of the meet.

We would like to thank all of our parents and families for their help in making our first week run smoothly. Please remember that we are asking athletes to make a commitment to attendance during the season, asking for "vacations" or other optional events to wait for Spring Break or after the season has concluded. For anyone who would answer "yes" to any of the check-in questions, they should stay home and report their absences to our absence reporting form:
