The Week Ahead

Congrats to our teams on Friday. If you haven't seen the results, they can be found on The boys WON both the Varsity and JV divisions of the meet. The girls finished 3rd in the Varsity division and 2nd in the JV division. It was a good first step for us into our more formal racing season. We look forward to good things from both squads on Saturday at Nike Portland XC (see notes below).

Schedule for the week. Practice begins at the pavilion unless otherwise indicated. Monday: PR meeting at 3:00 pm in the wrestling gym, practice ending around 5:15 for all runners

APPAREL RE-ORDER FORMS ARE DUE MONDAY AS WELL! Anyone who ordered on the first round and didn't get their T-shirt or pullover can collect them on Monday. The long sleeve black T-shirts will also be available for pick-up. Tuesday: practice starts with a team meeting in the wrestling gym at 3:00 pm, practice will end as early as 4:45 for our low volume runners and as late as 5:15 for our higher volume runners Wednesday: practice at 3:00 pm, ending around 5:00 for all runners Thursday: practice at 3:00 pm, ending around 4:30 for low-volume runners and 5:15 for higher volume runners Friday: practice starts with team meetings: girls at 2:40 (street clothes) boys at 3:00 (dressed for practice); ending at around 4:45 for all runners

Saturday: meet day! specific details can be found on the calendar, including a pre-meet shake-out run for Varsity and JV Champs athletes at 7:45; in addition to the information provided on about the meet and at the meet web page, NO PETS ALLOWED (please leave them at home), there is a $5 entry fee for spectators
