The week ahead - 9/3

Thank you to everyone who made their way through the heavy I-5 traffic to the Night Meet in Wilsonville on Friday night. We had a great night with many strong performances. Sunset scored more medals (23) than any other school (Lincoln was closest with 20). There are many reasons to be excited about the season ahead!

We have a busy week as the school year begins... We're also still in the throws of the MILES THAT MATTER fundraiser. ATHLETES: It's time to submit your pledge packets.

Schedule for the week. Practice begins at the pavilion unless otherwise indicated.

Thursday: practice starts with a PR meeting in the wrestling gym; lower volume runners will finish as early as 4:45, with higher volume runners finishing around 5:30;
